Zocialink is a social network that facilitates personal and professional connections based on astrology, numerology, and personal affinity. The Platform provides personal profile creation, astrological compatibility tools, interaction features, and personalized content based on your natal data.

3. User Registration and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, not create false or misleading profiles, keep your credentials confidential, and not use Zocialink for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. User-Generated Content

By posting content on Zocialink you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform. Content must not include offensive, violent, pornographic, or discriminatory material.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, intimidating, or spamming other users.
• Impersonating any individual or entity.
• Attempting to access backend systems or security features.
• Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation tools.
• Distributing private information of other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Zocialink name, logo, design, software, and all related assets are the exclusive property of Zocialink LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Platform without authorization.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@zocialink.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zocialink does not guarantee exact or perfect compatibility matches, continuous availability of the Platform, or specific results from astrological connections. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
